Do you enjoy standing between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and shaping the target HR architecture?
Would you like to design an end-to-end solution, including network and security architecture?
Are you ready to leverage deep SAP HR expertise in a mostly remote project with only rare onsite visits to Vienna?

The client is looking for a highly experienced and technically skilled SAP HR Solution Architect to design the overall integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing HR landscape.
The project runs for 3–5 months, with a 60% workload (approx. 3 days/week) and immediate start.
Work is primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence in Vienna.

Responsibilities:
- Develop an overarching solution design for integrating SAP SuccessFactors into the current SAP HR/HCM landscape
- Create a high-level system architecture including data flows and integration touchpoints
- Map all modules and interfaces across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and related third-party systems
- Design the network architecture and define security and network requirements (authentication, authorization, encryption, segmentation)
- Produce clear architectural documentation and recommendations for implementation; manage stakeholders across IT and business

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Solution or Enterprise Architect within SAP HR (SAP HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors environments
- Strong integration know-how (interfaces/APIs, middleware, data flows, hybrid landscapes)
- Experience designing network and security architectures in enterprise settings
- Ability to create clear documentation and present architecture to technical and business stakeholders
- Availability around 3 days/week, willingness to travel occasionally to Vienna
- Fluent German (working language); English is a plus
