Our Client is seeking a skilled Oracle HCM System Administrator to join their ERP team and ensure the stability, security, and performance of their Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
This role partners closely with an external Managed Service Provider and plays a crucial part in optimizing HR operations, system administration, and supporting global ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Oracle HCM systems and ensure services are delivered within agreed SLAs
- Handle system support requests, manage incidents, and escalate to third-party providers as needed
- Monitor interfaces and workflows, resolve or escalate operational issues
- Support post-clone activities, access/security requests, and IT controls
- Provide expert guidance to end-users on best practices, solutions, and workarounds
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules according to business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement requirements
- Identify areas for automation and process improvement, especially in Redwood UX adoption
- Support audit and compliance requirements
What are we expecting:
- 3–5 years of experience administering Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM)
- Proficiency with HCM modules: Core HR, Learning, Absence, Self Service, OTL, Performance
- Understanding of Oracle workflow automation and Redwood UI
- Strong communication and client-facing skills across all levels
- Experience in ERP service delivery; ITIL4 certification is a plus
- Oracle HCM certification (preferred)
