Do you have an experience from leading a department, preferably focused on .NET and AWS technologies?
Would you be able to visit all Prague, Pilsen and Regensburg office?

Our client a leading company in production robotization is looking for a new key person, who will roll up the sleeves and start leading their Prague IT Hub. 

Your tasks will be:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of software developers focused on .NET and AWS technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams, including product management and the design department, to define product requirements and development goals - with the primary goal of creating, shaping and evolving the client's vision
- In alignment with group leadership, set and achieve corporate objectives
- Monitor team performance, provide mentoring and coaching. Identify areas for professional growth and development early on
- Implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Lead the team in the adoption and integration of new AWS services and .NET technologies, optimizing and enhancing existing applications
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations
- Stay abreast of trends and advancements in AWS and .NET technologies and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:
- You have a degree in computer science or comparable field
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience with a strong focus on .NET and cloud technologies
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing software development teams, preferably in an agile environment
- Knowledge of .NET languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET Core and Entity Framework
- Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable and efficient application deployment
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS services such as IoT, S3, Lambda, SQS and API Gateway
- Experience in modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems, including command line usage, scripting and system administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make effective decisions under pressure
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices
